Our team arrives early on the date of your event to set up at your venue.
The Setup Captain hands our party host a stack of Vegas-Style Players Cards. The host will issue Players Cards to each guest at registration or other time before the casino opens.
Our dealing team arrives about 15-20 minutes before gaming time begins.
Once the casino opens, guests exchange their Players Card for 1000 gaming chips to start with any table game dealer.
Players then try to build up their chip stack by playing various games for the allotted time.
When the casino closes, players exchange/cash-out their chips with the nearest dealer. The typical exchange rate is 1 Raffle Ticket for every 1000 in chips turned in. Just Like Vegas provides Double Roll Raffle Tickets for each table.
Guests then separate their tickets and turn them in at a prize table for a chance to win in a raffle. It is suggested to have a box/vase/bowl in front of each prize.
Finally, the party host holds a raffle by calling out the winning numbers of each drawn ticket and awarding that prize.
