Just Like Vegas

For Corporate Planners

Corporate Casino Parties and Company Casino Nights

You are the one whose name is on this event. Just Like Vegas builds the entire casino floor, staffs every table with uniformed professional dealers, and handles delivery, setup, and teardown, so the only thing you have to manage is your own program. Turnkey casino nights for corporate events across San Antonio, Austin, and Corpus Christi.

Where It Fits

Corporate Events That Work as a Casino Night

A casino floor solves a specific problem: a room full of people who are not all friends, at an event where standing around a cocktail table is the default alternative. It gives everyone a reason to talk to someone they do not report to.

Team building and department events

Mixed seniority, mixed tenure, and no forced icebreakers. People who have never spoken end up on the same craps rail.

Client appreciation

Your team and your clients in the same room, doing something more memorable than a dinner. Dealers keep conversation moving so your people are not carrying the whole night.

Sales kickoffs

The evening half of a working day. Chips can be tied to a leaderboard, a raffle, or a prize table for whatever you are recognizing.

Conference and trade show receptions

A hospitality suite or reception that gives attendees somewhere to be. Works well when your room has a hard start and end time.

Employee recognition and retirement

Awards or a speaking program with the casino open before and after, so the formal part is bracketed by something people enjoy.

Holiday and end-of-year parties

December fills fastest of any month on our calendar. If you are planning a company holiday party, start the conversation early in the fall.

Headcount Planning

How Many Tables Do You Need?

Start from seats, not guests. Our tables seat up to seven at blackjack and the specialty games, up to eight at roulette, up to nine at Texas Hold'em, and up to fifteen at craps. Money wheel has no player limit and slot machines are individual play.

Not everyone plays at once. Guests eat, talk, step outside, and watch. A practical planning target is enough seating for roughly half to two thirds of your headcount at any given moment. The ranges below come from that math, and they are a starting point for the conversation rather than a fixed price list. Your consultant will build actual package options once we know your guest count, venue, and program.

Suggested casino table count by corporate event guest count
GuestsTablesWhat that usually looks like
25 - 503 - 4Three tables is our booking minimum. A blackjack, a roulette, and one specialty table covers a small team event.
50 - 1004 - 6Add craps here if you want energy in the room. It holds up to fifteen players and pulls a standing crowd.
100 - 1506 - 8Enough variety that guests rotate between games instead of queuing at one table.
150 - 2508 - 12Usually two blackjack tables, two roulette, one or two craps, and a spread of specialty games.
250 - 40012 - 18At this size the floor plan matters as much as the table count. A pit configuration keeps traffic moving.
400+CustomWe have staffed events past a thousand guests. Table count, dealer count, and load-in are planned venue by venue.

Dealer count follows table count: one dealer per table, two at craps. Slot machines are self-service. Every booking starts at three game tables and three hours of billing time.

Game Selection

Picking Games for a Mixed-Experience Crowd

A corporate room always contains three groups: people who play, people who have never played, and people who will only watch. Build the floor for all three.

  • Start with blackjack and roulette. Both are learnable in under a minute and neither punishes a beginner in front of colleagues.
  • Add craps for the energy. It seats up to fifteen and attracts a standing crowd around it, which is what makes a room feel busy in photos.
  • Use Texas Hold'em if you want a competition. It can run as a straight cash-style table or as a full tournament with a winner to announce from the stage.
  • Money wheel and slot machines carry the watchers. No seat required, no rules to learn, and no pressure to commit to a table.

Planning Timeline

Lead Time, Approvals, and Booking

Corporate events carry an approval process that a private party does not, and that process is usually the long pole. Build your timeline backward from your event date.

  1. 1

    Three to six months out

Best availability, and the only reliable window for December and other peak dates. Weekends and holidays fill first. This is when to request package options so you have real numbers to take into an approval conversation.

  2. 2

    Proposal and package options

Send us your date, venue, estimated guest count, and any add-ons you are considering. A consultant builds several package options rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it number, so you have something to compare internally.

  3. 3

    Agreement and retainer

Once you confirm a package we send an agreement for review and signature. A twenty-five percent retainer reserves the date, and you receive an invoice for payment processing. We accept cash, check, and Zelle. Online credit card payments carry a convenience fee of up to three percent.

  4. 4

    Venue and vendor paperwork

This is the step planners most often underestimate. Confirm dock and elevator access with your venue, and surface any certificate of insurance, W-9, or vendor onboarding requirements from your venue or your procurement team early so nothing stalls in the final week.

  5. 5

    Final headcount and program timing

Lock your guest count and tell us where speeches, awards, or dinner service land in the evening, so gaming hours are scheduled around your program instead of colliding with it.

Staff You Can Put in Front of Executives

Professionalism Is the Product

Dealers arrive uniformed and run their game properly, which matters more at a corporate event than anywhere else, because your clients and your leadership are in the room. Our crew works to your venue's access rules, sets up on schedule, and tears down without leaving anything behind. We have staffed casino floors for companies, universities, and nonprofits across South and Central Texas at guest counts from 25 to well over a thousand.

OUR HAPPY CUSTOMERS

Planner Questions

Corporate Casino Party FAQ

How do you handle invoicing and payment for a corporate booking?
After you confirm a package we send an agreement for review and signature, and a twenty-five percent retainer reserves the date. You receive an invoice for payment processing. We accept cash, check, and Zelle transfer. Online credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee of up to three percent.
What happens if our headcount changes after we book?
Headcount moves, and the fix is usually adding or removing tables rather than rewriting the event. Tell your consultant as soon as your number shifts. Adjustments are easiest well before the event date, since dealer scheduling and equipment allocation are set in advance. Every booking still carries a three game table and three hour billing minimum.
Does our venue need to approve anything before the event?
Usually yes. Hotels and event centers need a loading dock or ramp with clearance for a 16 foot box truck or trailer and enough room to move equipment through hallways to the casino area. If the casino is not on the first floor, a service or freight elevator at least eight feet wide or deep is required. Many venues and procurement teams also request vendor paperwork such as a certificate of insurance or a W-9, so raise those requirements early and we will work through them with your venue.
How long does a corporate casino night actually run?
Standard service is three hours: two hours and forty-five minutes of live gaming, then fifteen minutes for chip cash-out and dealer reset. Delivery, setup, and teardown sit outside those three hours and are included. Extra gaming time is available for an added cost, which is worth considering if your program has speeches or an awards segment cutting into play.
Can we run a program alongside the casino, like awards or a speaker?
Yes, and it is common. The usual pattern is to open the casino, pause for the program, then reopen the tables. Tell your consultant the program timing during planning so gaming hours are scheduled around it rather than lost to it. A PA system with microphones is available as an add-on if your venue does not supply one.
Will guests who have never gambled feel left out?
That is the main reason a casino night works for a mixed corporate crowd. Our dealers teach the game at the table, and blackjack, roulette, and money wheel take about a minute to learn. Nobody wagers real money. Guests play with casino-quality chips that carry no cash value, which keeps the whole thing entertainment rather than gambling.

More detail on how a casino night runs is in our full FAQ, and past corporate setups are in the event gallery.
