What You Get
What an Austin Casino Party Includes
Every booking is a complete casino, not a pile of rented furniture. Tables arrive staged and ready, staffed by dealers who run the game and teach it to anyone who has never played. Bookings start at three game tables and three hours of billing time.
Casino-Grade Tables
Full-size tables with professional felt layouts, padded rails, and built-in chip racks. Roulette runs on 32 inch full-size double zero wheels.
Professional Dealers
Uniformed dealers on every table who keep the game moving and are patient with first-timers. Craps runs with two dealers.
Chips and Players Cards
Casino-quality chips plus Vegas-style Players Cards issued to your guests at check-in, exchanged for their starting stack of 1000 in chips.
Delivery, Setup, and Teardown
Included in every package and not counted against your gaming hours. Our crew handles load-in, floor layout, and full teardown.
Extras at No Extra Cost
Promotional media tablets mounted at the tables and LED uplighting come standard, not as an upcharge.
Optional Add-Ons
Photo booth, selfie station, professional DJ with lighting, PA system, and TABC licensed mobile bartending are available for an added cost.
Eleven Table Games
Games You Can Bring to Your Austin Event
Most Austin events build their floor around the four games everyone recognizes, then add specialty tables to give the room variety. Blackjack seats up to seven and is the easiest table for a mixed crowd. Roulette seats up to eight and draws a crowd of watchers on top of that. Craps holds up to fifteen players and is usually the loudest corner of the room. Texas Hold'em seats up to nine and doubles as a full tournament format.
Beyond those, we run 3 Card Poker, Let It Ride, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, High Card Flush, Casino War, Money Wheel, and slot machines, for eleven offerings in total.

Austin Events
Austin Venues and the Events We Set Up In Them
Austin events tend to fall into a few shapes, and each one changes how the casino floor should be laid out. We size the table count and the floor plan to the room and the headcount rather than dropping a fixed package into every venue.
Downtown hotels and conference space
Receptions attached to a conference or a multi-day meeting. These rooms usually have a hard start and end time, and freight elevator and dock access needs to be confirmed in advance. Downtown venues and large format resorts can carry additional setup and staff parking fees.
Company events and team celebrations
Austin employers throw a lot of milestone parties, sales kickoffs, and end-of-quarter events. A casino floor works well for these because it gives people who do not know each other something to do together. See our corporate casino parties page for how table count scales with headcount.
Nonprofit galas and fundraisers
Chip-for-donation and raffle structures pair naturally with a casino floor. Our fundraiser page covers how the revenue model actually works and what your committee is responsible for.
Hill Country and outdoor venues
Ranch and winery venues west of the city are common for weddings and private milestones. We service outdoor venues, but we require adequate covered space to protect the equipment and proper lighting for the tables.
Private residences
Our tables run from eight to twelve feet long and four feet deep, so a home event means clearing real floor space and moving furniture. We cannot set up at a residence with excessive stairs to gain entry.
University and alumni events
Alumni receptions, scholarship fundraisers, and student organization events. Texas Hold'em tournaments are a frequent request for this group and can run as a bracketed format.
We do not claim a physical office or venue partnership in Austin. We are a San Antonio based company that travels to Austin as one of our regular service markets, and we coordinate directly with whichever venue you book.
Logistics
How Service to Austin Works
This is the part that separates an out-of-town booking from a local one. Our equipment ships from San Antonio, so the day of your event has a longer runway on our side than it does on yours. Here is what that looks like in practice.
- 1
Load-out and drive
Tables, wheels, chips, signage, and lighting load into a 16 foot box truck or trailer and travel to your Austin venue. Your venue needs a loading dock or ramp with clearance for that vehicle, plus enough room to move equipment through hallways to the casino area.
- 2
Setup window
Our Setup Captain and crew arrive well ahead of your gaming start and stage the entire floor before guests arrive. We most often build the room in a pit configuration, with dealers' backs to each other, which is the most space-efficient layout and the easiest for guests to move through. Setup time is included and is not billed against your gaming hours.
- 3
Dealers arrive
The dealing team arrives roughly 15 to 20 minutes before gaming time begins, so tables open on schedule rather than trickling to life.
- 4
Gaming time
Standard service is three hours: two hours and forty-five minutes of live play, then fifteen minutes for chip cash-out and dealer reset. Extra gaming time is available for an added cost.
- 5
Teardown and load-out
Teardown is included and happens after your event ends. You are not responsible for moving, storing, or returning anything.
Travel and service area
Austin is one of our three regular markets, alongside San Antonio and Corpus Christi. We cover venues within roughly 100 miles of the markets we serve, which takes in most of Central Texas. Delivery and travel fees apply based on distance, and additional setup or staff parking fees can apply at downtown venues, large format resorts, and events staged above the first floor. All of it is spelled out in your quote before you commit.
Why Planners Book Us
Equipment and Dealers You Can Put in Front of Anyone
We have run casino floors for corporate clients, universities, nonprofits, and private hosts across South and Central Texas, at guest counts from 25 to well over a thousand. Our dealers are uniformed and experienced, and they are just as comfortable running a fast craps table as they are teaching a guest who has never held a chip.
