The Casino Arrives by Trailer

This is the part that makes a coastal booking different from one in our home market. Everything for your event, tables, wheels, chips, signage, and lighting, is loaded into a 16 foot box truck or trailer and driven to your venue. Nothing is sourced locally and nothing is improvised on arrival.

Practically, that means two things for you. Your venue needs a dock or ramp with clearance for that vehicle and a clear route to the room. And the earlier we know the property, the better, because we plan the load-in route before the truck leaves rather than working it out in your loading bay.

Setup and teardown are handled by our crew and sit outside your gaming hours, so the clock on your event starts when the casino opens, not when we arrive.

Do you really come all the way down to Corpus Christi?

Yes. Corpus Christi is one of our three regular service markets alongside San Antonio and Austin, and our equipment travels by trailer to the coast for events there. We cover venues within roughly 100 miles of the markets we serve, which takes in the surrounding Coastal Bend. Send us your venue and date and we will confirm coverage.

Can you set up at a waterfront or open-air venue?

We service both indoor and outdoor venues in every market we cover. Outdoors we need adequate covered space to protect the gaming equipment and proper lighting at the tables. On the coast that matters more than most places, because wind and salt air are hard on felt, cards, and chips, so the covering is doing real work rather than just looking nice.

What does a Corpus Christi venue need for load-in?

For hotels, event centers, and other rental spaces we need a loading dock or ramp with clearance for a 16 foot box truck or trailer, plus room to move equipment through hallways to the casino area. If the casino is not on the first floor, a service or freight elevator at least eight feet wide or deep is required, since our tables will not fit a standard passenger elevator. Historic and non-traditional venues sometimes need a site conversation first, which we are happy to have.

How far ahead should we book a coastal date?

Three to six months gives you the best availability. Weekends fill first, and spring and early summer weekends on the coast go quickly because they compete with weddings, reunions, and conference season. A signed agreement and retainer hold your date.

How many tables do we need for our guest count?

Bookings start at three game tables and three hours of billing time, which suits a group of around 25. From there it scales, and we have staffed events well past a thousand guests. Blackjack and the specialty games seat up to seven, roulette up to eight, Texas Hold'em up to nine, and craps holds up to fifteen. Tell us your headcount and venue and we will map out what the floor should look like.
